Delicious And Amazing Latte Art

Coffee or Latte art consists of the pouring of steamed milk into a shot of espresso generating a pattern or design on the surface. The barista becomes a true designer and is able to create beautiful creations with the most common form being the “rosetta” pictured on the left. Latte art is a hot topic and there are even several competitions around the world showcasing this unique form of art. In this article, we’re showcasing 50 beautiful – and certainly delicious – coffee designs that will make you drool.

Hmm, very nice, but for your information is the first to the left not a rosetta. The formations on picture for example 22, 23, 26 and 27 are rosettas.

Most of the pictures are not generated just by pouring the milk into the espresso. They are made by either using a pointy object after you are done with the milk or using chocolate afterwards.
An example of this is just above this comment. On the picture you can se the markings surrounding the small flowers around the "lotus".

Me myself only use a thermometer when I do latte macchiatos because that you pour the espresso into the milk after you have poured the milk itself into the glass.

Thank you for really nice pictures, but because of my work and the competitions, were you in many of them not are allowed to use objects to do latte art, I have to clarify some of your facts.

Greetings from Sweden
