Norway is an interesting country. It loves using natural materials that is why local residents always built their houses from wood. But this is not the only unusual thing about Norway. Local houses also have amazing grass roofs called “turf roofs”. They have been popular here for hundreds of years.

Hmmm.. Norway seems to be a fairytale land! It is incredible to see grass on a roof. Now if only we can get a lawnmower up there...
